Pre-Qualification: To learn how much you can afford, consult with your financial institution, or other Mortgage vendor, and establish what monthly payments will be appropriate and comfortable.

Locating the right home for you: Our goal is to use every means at our disposal to find properties that match the parameters that you set. Appropriate properties might be listed with our office, but will probably be listed by one of our fellow REALTORS, or may even be unlisted. Our job is to inform you about all of the details of the properties that might have an impact on your decision, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of their relative locations. Once we have found a home in which you have an interest in owning, we will assist in structuring the offer, negotiate on your behalf, and represent your interests through to the successful purchase.
